CoursesWhether you are new to cooking and healthy eating or an established advocate of health foods Christine has created a wide range of classes and workshops to suit all levels of experience and for all backgrounds and ages. A qualified cookery and health teacher, Christine has many years experience running cookery workshops, demonstrations, hands on practical classes and more. Classes and workshops can be tailored to meet your needs and run in a range of venues. If you are new to healthy eating and would like to be guided into it slowly then why not try a taster day combining theory, demonstrations and practical hands on sessions. These can be run for groups, families and friends, corporates, organizations and charities as well as children's groups and schools. Christine will show you how to balance meals, which key nutrients to include, how to read labels, how to stock a healthy store cupboard as well as demonstrating a range of tasty healthy recipes. If you have already been changing your diet and trying out new foods and ingredients then you may require a more in depth cookery class or workshop allowing you to explore a greater range of health foods and recipes.
